When Did Wattson get a New Passive???
I noticed she slowly regens her shield like Octane does health. I swaer she hasn't always done that lol.

Now if I could get a size reduction and jumppad added for caustic I'd be happy. @MandatoryIDtag0.5 shields per second to be exact.
