Which post launch legend had the best launch?

@ExpertEpic99 Definitely not Octane, his launch is marred by A - being the first big update "people got bored of season 0, stopped playing until they were told a new character was added", and B - people found his kit fun "but team wise it wasn't effective, ult was much weaker than it was now ".

@Cheese9Man D.K wasn't fired because of Seer from what I remember, somebody dug up his past comments from several years prior "racism and sexist ones ", Respawn didn't want the bad publicity and let him go "the idea of don't post stupid stuff online, your employers will eventually see it".  I do admit he was fired before the emergency nerf, I think that's were somebody at Respawn or Respawn in gen. said "Seer was not supposed to launch in this state" which I think either meant Seer was supposed to be season 11 "his bp was insect kinda themed, abilities are very suited for open areas" and D.K had some way of pushing him forward, and / or that their was still discussion during season 9 what his kit would have to separate him from Crypto and BH, with D.K putting his ideal version of Seer into game as his final contribution, Respawn gave it the ok overestimating the playerbases ability to adapt. 

@Lord_Scorpion34 Leaning on weak. Reinforced doors get destroyed quickly by grenades, and she's only allowed to reinforce 2 at once - 99% of buildings in game have more than 2 doors and on day one alot of people just destroyed spikes, ones who didn't had no idea about the tick damage  "the saving grace and most likely the first thing respawn would nerf if they gave a her adjustments". Pairing with other set-up defense legends makes sense but for her it's a necessity, while the others have it as an option. (Que somebody to bring up ult)
