Who should I main in S9?
I have a habit of playing lower-tier legends (mainly Revenant and Fuse) whom I find fun to play, but I think in S9 ... sorry ... Legacy ... I need to test myself a bit more and play with a higher tie...

@EdwardDLuffy Seems like you basically answered your own question.
Main octane lol, just maybe have a back up legend to choose from too since you're going to be fighting over him in character selection alot.
Possibly loba as a second choice? Her tactical is gonna be popping in s9 I think.
You're basically covering both aspects of your favourite paladins character too then. P
