From the looks of it, the new legend's name will be Seer (previously Pariah). Here are his skill icons (most likely) from Garret. They also said that he has a "drone".

"Pariah and Seer are the same person. Pariah is a cyborg controlled by a swarm of Moth like nano-bots that are connected to Seer. Seer is never seen in person ingame. Seer had branthium powered cybernetics implanted into him by the Syndicate that allowed him to "See the death" of things. Unable to control his implants, he hid away and created a swarm of moth like drones that allowed him to explore the world without the burden of knowing when/how someone will die. This did not make a difference due to Seer's moth still coincidently appearing/fleeing from the scene of someone's death, causing the rumors of a "God of death" to circulate. Due to events in the next SFTO (which I don't know), Seer takes his abilities to the Apex games to try and to use his new abilities for good."
