Why am I being put with preds with on average have 30000 kills

For like the past month I haven’t won a single game because every single game I get a whole pred team sweating their * off in public lobbies dominating them giving no one else a chance. Like I am not kidding when I say I die to a master or a pred that has at least 30,000 kills with 4K and 20 bomb when I’ve only gotten the 4K badge and that was back in season 3. Pls stop putting me with preds, I’m sick of getting steamrolled in under 3 secs.
