I go against champ squads frequently who have all of the "right" badges and stats, and I'd be okay with that if it wasn't for the fact that my teammates in 8-9/10 games are dumber than snot. And after the game I have to stare at a match report that say that I did 2-3 times as much dmg as they did combined. As Lifeline! And when I get a team now and then where we all do at least +800 dmg then it often results in a win. Even if just me and one teammate do +1000 dmg and the last one 200-400 dmg that's usually good enough to win as well. But the games where I get these teammates are rare, and more often than not it's up to me to constantly clutch or we lose, and it's draining and frustrating. It just can't be right that a sbmm system functions this way.

Most of the times as long as the player with the least damage is good enough to distract enemies it is a good enough player to have onboard.
The real issue is when players have no awareness, land late in hot spots, and do not really know how to help each other, and eventually undermine each other.
