@aleenakhan94 No one but the devs really know what goes on in the matchmaking. People have opinions ranging from "it's completely random" to "the game has pre-determined everything that happens in a match." It would seem likely that the tyruth lies somewhere in the middle.
I did have the same observation as you at a certain point in my leveling. I went from lobbies where everyone's level was low to frequently getting lvl 500 team mates. This change did not come after any sort of noticeable improvement on my part. I think you moved from beginner lobbies to regular ones.
