I think it depends of the hours of the day that you play! Some hours it’s just kids playing for fun. Some hours it’s just adults playing serious game. Try finding golden hours on your server. For instance I usually get much better random teammates early mornings (6-8 am) and late nights (1-2 am) on London servers.
@Alphabets I'm playing similar times to you but i get this issue.
I had one gane where 1 of my teammtes seemed equal to me - and we slapped the lobby to pieces.
I don't even consider myself some great player... but I'm always the best player on my team.
Any time I get a player or two like myself it's wins.
