Why are the servers sometimes lagging like crazy?

@TheManiac2323 Those squares mean that a packet loss is happening on your Internet connection.

go to the section Test your connection end-to-end, perform a UO Trace and read on that article how to read your results.
Then, try the steps they suggest to troubleshoot the connection or contact your ISP.
