Trello only gets updated every week or so, though even then, it's not consistent.
Next to that it doesn't track all the ongoing issues, in reality it barely includes anything at all.
Though it's useful for communicating:
- Issues that a large % of the playerbase is encountering
- Issues that are quite severe (Like crashing on Olympus or players not receiving coins/rewards)
- Issues that have sparked a lot of discussion
- etc etc (I don't know the exact details so this is pretty much assuming it)
Though as I linked in my post, you can see a Community Manager confirm that they're on it.
Typically you'll get a much better scope of all the issues that are going on/being worked on on AHQ itself.
