Why doesnt Ash's tactical snare herself?
I've noticed some Ash players throw their snare on themselves mid fight or to stop a push. Why doesn't this affect her? Other legends like Fuse damage themselves if they try this.

@Apyhs No because caustic is a defensive legend. He has zero mobility. It isn't like he can drop a barrel and phase tear away. Heck if you drop a barrel running as caustic and the enemy is near it doesn't even go off as it takes so long to setup.
@hayhorI'm personally ok with it not snaring her, not a big deal to me as I find it a bit underwhelming to begin with.
But here's the thing, I think if it did snare her people would most probably find a way to exploit it anyway. Tether yourself up high to the side of a building or some weird place to gain some type of an advantage or avoid falling or pulling off some next level play tactic. I think in the right hands it would be like giving her an extra ability so to speak.
Like Pathfinder being able to grapple other players - surprised no one complained about that one.

- @hayhor Yeah, not gonna lie, kinda does. But I guess it would open the door to many complaints too.
