Why don't I have my next heirloom?
I have been playing since s10 and gotten 3 heirlooms, I believe my last was when catalyst came out, and since then I was still on Xbox, I cross progressioned over to PC and forced myself to learn how to play on here, since then I have been playing almost every season straight and have NOT gotten an heirloom. I currently own path, wattson, octane. I came very close to the karambit in the event but never got it, I also have 2 warnings/sanctions on my account cuz I have been banned over names since SOME people are to soft to handle a cuss word.... WHY??!??!?! haven't I gotten my next heirloom??? am I broken? am I heirloom locked?? what is going on????

Getting heirloom shards is not dependent on how long you've played, but rather just a chance to receive them in each pack you open (not counting collection events). You're guaranteed to receive an heirloom by your 500th pack if you haven't opened one by that point.
So in this case, you'd be guaranteed another heirloom within 500 pack openings of whenever your last heirloom shards were received.
If you're opening event packs for something like the Karambit, that's only guaranteed if you open all event packs (receiving every event item) before the event ends. After the event ends, the item would just be available in the mythic shop to unlock with heirloom shards as usual.
