If you manage to get punched 4 times (no armor) and not kill your opponent (even only with mozambique or p2020 in hand), then you've been badly outplayed and you deserve to die (yes, I've been there, I really deserved to die for missing so many shots...). Srsly punches don't do much damage. The only weapon that you may lose a direct melee range confrontation vs punches is a p2020 - but you really should try to stay away from melee range in the first place...
- I've actually managed to down people with punches when they have all different kind of weapons.
I love dancing like a butterfly and sting like a bee! Alltough i am always suprised when i actually survive those kind of things lolIf you punched anyone that had a gun other than a mozibque or a p2020 it is because they are bad not because you were floating like a butterfly but keep on boxing
Im sorry, but if you’re shooting at a guy and then some other guy comes up and start punching you there’s not much you can do. You get punched once, then you start turning around and then punched once more when you get your aim on him. And that makes you fly 2 feet backwards and pushes your aim in the sky for some reason. And then they channel their inner Commando perk from MW2 and launch at you twice more before you can even get your sights back down to earth. Sorry, but punching is way to powerful. I would rather punch than use a gun even in late game scenarios

Ive been complaining about this in games for years, not just Apex. But you won’t find a friend in me if you think punch damage should be nerfed. I think every bullet should do at least 30 damage.
If guns actually killed you, tho, there’s be so much ear splitting crying.
No wonder the Army has to actually consider how to train people out of fighting like they’re in a video game these days when they go through basic, smh.
