Why i am get ban for 10 min in lobby

I am suddenly get ban for 10 min in lobby. I am Not a hacker/ Cheater ? , Please ANSWER my Question.

    @NoGaMeFoRThiS 

    You cannot leave ranked game's when your timer hasn't timed out or your squad hasn't been eliminated.

    The leaver timer adds up every time your leave a game.
    Currently, the leaver penalty is capped on 10 minutes.

@NoGaMeFoRThiS You left ranked for the 2nd time. Next time you’ll be barred from playing for 20 or 30 minutes.

    isnt it capped at 10min now?
