Why I have to play aganist cheaters from Asia region in EU Servers?

I'm playing on eu server and often encounter players from asia region. Most of them just cheaters and even they don't cheat they have like 200+ ping so it is possible to get killed behind cover becau...

Most players in EU servers with kanji mark etc name are russians and yes most of those are cheaters as well... Tryin to be smart to hide their name with those foreign markings *
