Why is Lifeline PC?

@NullEffective9 Well, yeah. Why is she on PC, and what is she doing in my Control game? Glitch? Or exploit?

@CCbathwater @E9ine_AC mentioned this happened to him. He is on PC and was just placed in a console lobby as a filler. Seems to be a bug.

@hayhor Okay. Didn't report her, though I came close. But when I saw she was the 2nd worst performing player on the team, I was like... okay.
