why is matchmaking pairing me up with level 50 players

Im literally level 500 and while im getting killed by a pred my level 30-50 teammates are picking their noses in the back doing nothing i get that sometimes you get games like those but i have literally gotten either super low leveled teammates or people who dc instantly please fix match making I'm literally about to just stop playing this game all together

    dude you gotta see my platium 1 matchmaking. I won 1 decent game and from then on I only got match with gold 4 players who has Parkinson whenever they shoot at something
