honestly i dont know understand how a digital code is only redeemable in certain countries but the fact that it’s only written in the terms of use makes it a bit unfair, and not only that but my local supermarket advertises this on the shelf to be redeemable upon purchase.
Typically there are laws that conflict with this, these can be pretty strict and hard to get the permits for selling these kinds of things.
If your supermarket advertises it and it isn't correct, then it's on them, not EA/Respawn.
Community AdminHey, there are different sites for redemption for different regions, and it seems there's a somewhat staggered rollout.
For most folks they can click the flag in the top right corner of the page and pick their region
However for your region it appears to not be active. Looking can find a promotion page, but the date indicates the promo hasn't started for you yet. I'll send you a DM with the link, hopefully it helps.
