@MiLePiPmuXC This happens to me when I try to purchase in Origin Client, on their website, or in the game itself.
I went around and round with EA Support, Paypal Support and my Bank.
No luck.
The only way I found around it was to buy apex coins on Amazon, where you get a digital code, and then redeem that code in the origin client, and THAT will work and you'll have coins in game.
Stupid that they can't fix it.
