I don't see the problem here with the name blue balls myself. The game is rated by the ESRB for T (Teen) and in so means:
Games with this rating contain content which the ESRB believes is generally suitable for ages 13 and older. They can contain content such as moderate amounts of violence (including small amounts of blood), mild to moderate use of language or suggestive themes, sexual content, partial nudity, and crude humor.
Given the title is rated for this, the club name should be fine in my opinion.

As far as I can tell, it seems that, much like the bans that went out instead of warnings (or rather, in addition to the warnings), something went wrong with this situation and players are not able to change the name of their clubs to a new, more appropriate names as they were instructed, and thus are having to abandon their old clubs. That is what happened to my club (owned by friend, not me) and sounds like what I'm reading here.
Can anyone confirm this for me? I know that at least some accounts which were improperly banned have been reinstated, so I'm hoping to club issue can be fixed as well.
