Why is my communication on Apex Legends restricted (PS5)?

Hi,

I tried to play Apex Legends today and when I signed into the game on a PS5, I got a message, your voice communication is restricted.

Basically I can not use my microphone to speak to other players.

I guess that is some sort of a ban. I checked my ban history on https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ but I have 0 bans there.

What could be the issue?

@itzsplitter I get this message every time I start the game but the microphone still works for me. Friends can still hear me. I think there is a setting in Users and Settings where you can change it.
