Why is the battle royale win streak badge only for new seasons?

@darkknight7450 The win streak badge was added somewhat recently (Season 10, I think?), and does not count any stats from prior seasons

Who cares? The badge was bugged when it released, and countless people got it for winning arenas matches. It's a valueless badge, like the long shot badge. I have it but I'm not interested in flexing it for this reason.
