Why is there a kill cap in ranked

@Bean2kay9 “ Isn’t the whole point of ranked to play with people of your skill level and place you in the tier that you deserve?” Where’d you hear this? Ranked is so that you can learn the joys of camping in a game that doesn’t know which direction it wants to go. They want you to sit in one building still with white or no armor even if 10 mins have gone past just so you can say “Yes, I made it to top 10, now lets see if I can do top 5 camping”.

Thats what ranked is about. Not playing with equals XD
