Because, and hear me out, third partying is not a thing?
So, there are games without third partying and they are called things like Halo and have two side team games. Or Fortnite, when playing 2 side team mode.
Battle Royals, however, are made exactly for this. They are not hallways with people looking at each other from either side. They are not March Madness bracket games where you fight 1 team, then get a little rest, then fight another team. They are bug, stupid free for all’s. There is 3rd partying and 4th partying and 5th partying....maybe, 1 day in Kings Canyon or WE Fragment, everybody will drop on each other and there will finally be 20th partying.
Not to say you should like it but you’re going to have to look for a game with 2 sides. Otherwise, enjoy it like a bunch of the rest of us do. And when you hear the long range sound of pew pew guns firing, mount up and ride.
@Zero-Loot5 I'm just highly cynical about anti 3rd party protesters for one reason and one reason alone. I know for a fact they also do it.
As a s1 player, never once can I say I've seen a squad sit and wait for a fight to end, the surviving team to heal and then engage. Why? Because the point is to be the last team standing it would simply be bad strategy to do so.
I third party, and I get third partied, it's the natural cycle of thing. As others have pointed out if people want to fight squad vs squad arena is the perfect place for them.
As for "top streamers" complaining about third partying, it was they who promoted 3rd partying on a large scale, so to complain now is somewhat hypocritical lol.
That being said I'm all for quieter gunfire simply because the sheer amount of audio clutter on apex is next level.
