Serious question here, have that said why or anything because I didn't expect kings canyon to be dropped, there was things I imagined having in kings canyon to make feel like a living breathing world, weather cycles and environmental groups of AI etc. but they've definitely took a few steps back here, again.
Add one before you do some permanent damage please.
The game was slow and safe enough with the forced teams of 3 gameplay, Streching out the map in this fashion makes it even slower and even more uneventful.

Why would they take the time to create a whole new map, which is what we've been asking for, only to have us play it half the time...? They're starting this season with the new map and will bring King's Canyon back if there's enough demand for it.
But all that's in the patch notes.

Respawn listen to the community (which they are often accused of not doing) then get flak for it.

For the record, I've stopped playing because of other issues. I'm no fanboy, but can see short sighted opinions a mile off.
No doubt if both maps were available in rotation, but your game wait time increased, or connections suffered, you'd be here like a shot to say how crap it is and how only one map should be in rotation.
Then people would still want solos on both maps, diluting the MMing even further. But hey, players know best lol.

Heard it all before. "But other games", "MMing won't be affected". Basically, "We know better than Respawn". Well I say, no you don't.
Respawn obviously have their reasons for how they run MMing and what they want active at any given time. There's just no satisfying this community on the whole.
When will people realise this is NOT other games, yet still screamers want it "their way". Grow up.
