@SixthOTD It's not fun to get dropped in a stupidly congested area to die within 30 seconds. Great fun... Not.

It's like playing lemmings sometimes. Everybody has to copy what other players are doing. Skulltown anybody? Same crap, different map.

Some players need to give their head a wobble.

It's the scramble for loot, not just dying super quickly that make hot drops distasteful for me. In that light, you're typically out matched if someone has a gun and you don't. I don't mind punching matches, but you know what they say, "Don't bring a knife to a gun fight." I like shooting too, but I like winning more. 

I also possess an adequate amount of game sense to know when a fight isn't going to go my way. Those fights occur more often at Skyhook and in Capitol City. 

Really good insight tho 🙂 I like that I'm getting both sides of what people like/dislike about hot drops.

And it's this behaviour (everybody thinks they're shroud) that leads to quitting matches. Land die, squad are still alive but F it, quit and join another match.

Any stats should be wiped on quitting a match imo. It would stop all this ego stroking, kill farming, stat padding, quitting BS in it's tracks.. Then all the squeakers that only pad their stats to look as if they are some sort of Apex god, will cry rivers that they cannot play as they want.

A lot of this community still needs a slap, and a reality check. So many clowns it's slowly becoming not even funny any more.

4 easy kills early game. Die. Quit. Ohhhh look at my KD. I'm great. Drop, kill 3, die, quit, rinse repeat. None of those stats should save. You've quit so say goodbye to any stats. You haven't played the game. People stat pad to protect their fragile egos because they think other players care lol.

I don't get the fascination with hot-dropping either. You can't tell me I'm being "outplayed" when someone has armor and a gun and I haven't gotten anything yet lol. There's only so much loot in one location. It's clear that some people's "fun" is getting a few cheap kills in three minutes and then leaving... but my fun is trying to win as much as possible. Until the devs put an end to kill farming, we'll always have leavers who want to "flex" their kills and unfinished games and no wins. If I see someone on my team with 5k kills but hardly any wins, I roll my eyes. They don't have the mental capacity to play a team game.
