why xp-farming Bots still in pub games, Devs hello ?!

after a complete year away from apex legends, when i comeback this days for this entire week i have encountered Bots that just run randomly and look at sky not reacting when you shot them ,
or standing still and jumping in one place ( to avoid detection ) the entire game until they found by someone or die to zone gas.
 
and iv notice some players specifically know where those bots are and they go there to farm for badges ( suspecting its them who generate those bots maybe ) ..
 
the problem here is it ruin the entire BR PVP experience ,
12 team out of 20 are bots, and only the last 8 are usually human 
and it some cases its worse , only 3 teams are human 

along side the problem of people leaving games in my team once they get down it make the experience even more horrible and waste of time, all the time you take in waiting Q > then picking room > then landing > searching for valuable items > end up with teammates who exit the minute they get down despite the solid chance of recovering them , 
i don't have a problem with bad players as much as i have a problem with people who leave , 
leavers and AFK's need a lil bit of a harsh punishment to fix this behavior that start growing bigger each time i comeback to this game .

take league of legends system as a good model they don't ban you if you leave games but they give you extra Q waiting time as a form of punishment for the time you wasted for others which is fair ,
for example the first game you leave : you get 5 min waiting in Q, 
next game you leave you get 10 min, then 15, then 30 min .. and so and this will fight this leaving behavior and teach players to commit 

we specially specially need an ASAP solution for bot issue i mention before. 
yesterday i almost uninstalled the game again because how this issue drained my excitement and love of competition in BR mode . fix the game don't let it die because of this simple issues that the Devs can fix
