Each legend is 12,000 not 24,000 to buy.

i like to have my heros locked away for me to unlock,that is the progression system for me,i've played league of legends for 9 years and own around 100 of the 150+ heros on there and still play to this day.its a none issue for me.

It also has the effect of not letting every single player insta lock the new heroes because not everyone will have the points(eventually when the hero pool is larger)

I never * said it was 12000, right now if you want to unlock all the characters it would be 24000. League and Apex Legends are very different, you have 150+ characters in a MOBA, you have 6-8 here.
