Wildcards is a fun mode, ok, but it isn´t fun if a Squad Member leave the game cause he had a bad start, didn´t get as many kills / dmg as he wants and so on because WC is a Team Game u need the Memb...

I sympathize. BUT. This is an un-ranked, ultra-casual mode, and nothing about it is designed to be taken seriously. If you want quit penalties to keep your squadmates from ditching then the place for you is ranked. Wildcard is a dumpster fire, and I'm honestly surprised that you're only noticing quitters now. I've been seeing them, and being them, since the first day.
