Well as far as I can see it does reset your heirloom progress, I have got my first heirloom in season 2, which 100 levels was the max you could be back then, after getting my heirloom I have opened around 400 packs. Today I bought the heirloom from the Second Anniversary event, right after getting my second heirloom I went and bought 140 more packs and I DID NOT recieve another heirloom which I actually should get... Can someone also hear me out please? I am desperate for an answer from apex devs...
This is something i'm trying to communicate for a few weeks already. All I'm hearing is 'it will not be reset because it will work like other events'
I just KNEW they were going to mess something up here..

I've made a thread before about this.. the answer was 'getting the heirloom weapon will not reset the counter'
I haven't heard an official statement that 'getting the shards through event' will NOT reset the counter yet .. hopefully soon ?
Dude im so mad same thing happened to me i opened 1100 apex packs lifetime 300 in the past week. Then i realized i didnt get the 1 in 500 guaranteed im so mad. I got the pathy one in the event and it must of restarted my progress. What a joke. Like they didnt even say it would restart it.
We need to try and get apex aware of this. I already have talked to 3 live chat people they understood. They couldn’t do anything about it tho. Which was super annoying. Ive wasted over 300 dollars over the past 2 days for nothing super irritating.
