Will Caustic, Octane & Mirage ever get some love?

Why are these legends being left alone to dust? Octane is really fun to use but I never feel the need to use him in ranked mode because he barely has a competitive advantage compared to others. ...

@SHiNWiN Caustic is alright as he is.
His ult is kind of slow, but it’s fine.

    Mirage is getting a buff soon, probably S5 opening patch. Whether it will be anything significant is another matter entirely.
