Will I get banned by using Blitz in Apex Legends?

Blitz is a new overlay that "tracks key combat metrics in real time and compares them to the best in the lobby".

It is nothing that could give you an advantage in fights.
And since lots of streamers are using the tool (TSM Reps, Verhulst etc.) it seems legit to me.
But: I´m already using "Outplayed" by Overwolf to capture my ingame-moments...so I would not recommend using another overlay since it might affect your performance (not sure abot this but I´d rather avoid it).
