What do you mean
Due diligence means you didn't do enough research into what you were paying for in order to make sure you got what exactly you were looking for. Meaning now that there's two heirloom items, and the fact you're only guaranteed one every 500 packs, you had a 1/2 chance of getting the Wraith heirloom within 500 packs.
