Wrong rank showing for Split 1 of Season 16.

When Split 2 of season 16 came out, I went to check my account statistics and it is showing the wrong rank for Split 1. I peaked at around 16K masters in Split 1 but the rank for Split 1 shown on my account stats is Diamond. Any help on why this is the case?

    @marshkage2 Did you by chance demote before the end of the split. I think that screen shows where you ended the split but you will still get the correct rewards end of season.

    Season 17 came out and I did not receive my masters badge or trail for getting masters in split 1 of s16. Any idea why?

    I have had the same issue, I hit apex pred first split however only got master badge

    @keanudc Were you still ranked as Pred when the split ended? Pred is the one exception to the rewards, in that you only receive rewards for Pred, if you are still in that rank when the split ends. Masters and down, however, get rewards for the highest rank achieved during the respective split

    @Yurekh_HuntNo it goes by highest achieved in one split, no matter if you derank or not, except pred.
