We can't manually review your ban on the EA Forums; the EA staff here doesn't have visibility into your accounts or bans.

Please submit a new dispute form, including any and all information you believe could help our terms of service moderation team reconsider their previous decision.

Also, have you already reported the violation and resecured the account with one of our advisors? If you haven't, please do so, so you can add the case number to your new dispute form.
