Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

Hello EA Support Team,

My EA ID is bzkbg05660. My Apex Legends account was suddenly banned without any violations on my part, and I am writing to ask the official staff to review my punishment record and game logs again.

I swear I have never downloaded, installed, or used any cheating software, scripts, game modifiers, or third-party auxiliary tools during all my game sessions. All skins, coins and items in my inventory are purchased legally by myself through official channels. I have always strictly abided by EA’s User Agreement and the in-game rules.

I only play this account on my personal home computer, and I never share my account with other people. I never use unsafe plugins or modified system files either. I think this ban may be a system misjudgment.

I have attached the screenshot of my ban notice to this post for your reference. Could you please help me check my match data and security records carefully? I really love this game and hope to get my account back as soon as possible.

Hello. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. I recommend submitting a dispute so Terms of Service can perform an investigation for any evidence the ban should be overturned.
