Wrongfully banned

We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but our ToS team can check back into this through an appeal. If you've already gone through that process once, you're welcome to create another appeal to have a different ToS member review things for you.

Hi yes ive made over 4 appeals and so far 2 have been declined. I can only guess that my ban was due to 3rd party software that isnt even used for apex however i have never had that issue for years so im really unsure how to appeal when i dont know the reason for my ban and any way i can prove that i havent done anything wrong

Fortunately, you don't need to prove anything when it comes to an appeal.

Appeals are just asking our Terms of Service team to take another look at the records and information on our end that led to the initial ban. The specifics of those details are typically not able to be shared as they would be useful to those looking to bypass our detection methods, so they would be able to give you a general reason but wouldn't provide specific program names, etc.

If the ToS team declines to remove a ban after multiple appeals however, I'm afraid that would be final and not something that can be changed here or through any other channels as they'll ultimately have the final say in the matter.
