This account has been my main for 3-4 years— I’ve invested a significant amount of money into it, and I still have 150 Heirloom Shards unused (I was saving them for the new dual-blade heirloom). I value this account deeply, so cheating with it is completely out of the question for me.
On the day of the ban, I only played for ~30 minutes (2 Arenas matches + 1 short Ranked game) at a local internet café (my home internet was faulty that day). I believe the ban might stem from a hardware ID flag on the café’s device (a "chain ban" from a previous user of that machine).
I was genuinely shocked and upset when the ban hit— this account holds years of progress and memories I don’t want to lose, plus I’m eager to use my saved shards for the new heirloom.
I’d be endlessly grateful if you could conduct a thorough re-investigation of my case and help lift the ban as soon as possible.
