wrongly banned for a unknown map glitch in training grounds
i was banned for a glitch where i was stuck in a wall in training grounds i did not try to be stuck in the wall I was 1v1 a friends and got stuck in the wall and i used every ledged to try and get unstuck so the anti cheat thought i was flying and glitching around but i was just stuck in a wall so I couldn't move I have proof of the glitch and everything but they wont remove the ban they always say the same thing. saying there is a specific team it really doesn't feel like it it feels like it is all ran by bots I have a clip of the video where i was stuck i didn't know about the glitch but it feels like its ran by bots because when you report it you will always get the same message or someone reply's with
"You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @lynxxid.
If our team has denied your appeals then there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this.

- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already."
I've done this and it doesn't help even if I provide proof of the glitch and what was happening I cant show the clip on here because the file is too big but i know the easiest way to get out of the glitch was for my friend to kill me but I wanted to see if there was any way of me getting out but it ended up in me being banned and lazy responses for being appealed. I wouldn't cheat or try to get my account banned if I've spent money on the game I like the game and I find it fun but I was wrongly banned the people never even looked at the clip and what was happening.

clip at the end you can even hear my friend say how does this even happen showing i did not intentionally mean for this to happen.
I also never received a email about my ban and just today they finally put it on my ban history but there is no reason on it and when i contacted the people to appeal it they say i was cheating.
and i highly agree with this guy from another guy who was banned wrongly "they simply just dont care and it only means more money to them"
