Wrongly banned my account for about 4 months already
Hi, my account had been wrongly banned for about 4 months already, I contacted a lot of agents and the TOS team always sent emails to me that says had done all investigation possible..... I did nothing wrong, my ban history is empty and I still can access the firing range. Last week, I still can play battle royale games which are pubs but not rank for a few days only... I had spent on heirlooms and I really hope someone would help me to get back my account.. ☹️

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. This decision is up to ToS and if you've already used up all your disputes, there's nothing else that can be done. When a dispute is submitted, ToS will perform a thorough investigation and overturn the ban if they find evidence the action taken on the account was in error. After 3 investigations, if they are not lifting the ban, it means none of that evidence was found.
