Wrongly banned my account for about 4 months already

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. This decision is up to ToS and if you've already used up all your disputes, there's nothing else that can be done. When a dispute is submitted, ToS will perform a thorough investigation and overturn the ban if they find evidence the action taken on the account was in error. After 3 investigations, if they are not lifting the ban, it means none of that evidence was found.

Hi, but how did they ban me after I play 1 round of my arena matches that time? I won't waste my money like that?? They checked my IP and say no one hacked my account before but why?? And past few days I still can access to pubs' battle royale games. And also my BAN HISTORY WAS EMPTY!!!! The first time I asked an agent and she said was a glitch... Please give me a reason!!!!
