You guys are just the worst
I just want to say, out of any company ever, EA have the absolute worst support I have ever seen. In these forums, absolutely nothing ever gets solved. All you ever do is basically say "contact EA support" or something useless like that and when people eventually contact support, they are no help whatsoever. It feels like we're in the 1900s here. You should fire absolutely everyone to do with support and redo the whole system. While you're at it, redo everything. Everything about EA is just absolutely awful.

Often, when this happens, it means you're resetting the password for the wrong account. The best I can advise is to confirm you're using the email address of the account you normally play on.
