Player Reports are useless, and so is the review team
I am sorry to say but:
"Our well-trained, dedicated team reviewed your report using automation tools and established guidelines and processes, and decided not to take any action this time."
I've gotten this mail 3 times, once for a guy that was called "**bleep** skins" and kept saying how much he hates **bleep** (that word is tolerated then i assume?), once for a guy that kept harassing me in the chat in-game and post-game, and once for a guy that literally ran it down because we said something wrong.
If your team is unable to deal with people like that, what is stopping us from doing the same? Why would I not run it down too and harass other people just to feel better if there are no consequences? For good karma?
Fix your tools, PUNISH people like that and stop messing around, it's frustrating enough to play with randoms as it is, if they can get away with being toxic for free too then everything's going to crap.
