What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. It happens while doing anything, walking, looting, mid fight - never in lobby or while loading, always in game. Only in Apex - no other game so far.

What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes with error code: 0x887a0006 dxgi_error_device_hung
What should be happening instead? Game should not crash when playing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No Idea, just simply playing the game.

16GB DDR3 RAM

Radeon RT 5700 XT

Windows 10 Home edition

Game installed and launched through steam

Troubleshooting steps taken:

- Updating every single driver

- rolling back gpu driver

- updating bios

- updating windows

- reinstalling windows

- verifying game files through steam

- running sfc

- reinstalling apex

- running the game with admin privilages
