Having this issue the last few days, when playing apex my System Process will have high CPU usage and will max out one thread causing CPU to get hotter, The issue only happens when playing Apex and when quitting the issue persists and I have to reboot PC to remedy.

@DanLongman Also has this issue since four days ago. After tried serval methods, like updating BIOS/Graphic Driver/Intel ME/Windows; forcing game using DX12, nothing changed and issue happens after game start 5-10 minutes. Currently I have gived up playing.
