1 Player In Queue

My account was hacked, but I managed to recover it. However, my Apex account was banned. I successfully overturned the ban, but when I tried to queue for a match, it showed that only one player was in the queue. Even when attempting to enter the Firing Range, I encountered the same issue. I’ve tried almost everything—updating my drivers, verifying the integrity of my game files, and even reinstalling the game—but nothing has worked.
