1 player in queue

Hi, so I dont know why but whenever I try and load into any game it wont let me it says 1-2 players in queue no matter what game mode and I'm just trying to play ranked anyone have a solution?

    When you have the chance please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can take a look at your account. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. 

    Once they've been able to review your account they will follow up with you via email.

    Help I can't get in to a game I'm in ps4 everytime I Try to get in to a duos or trio game alone it won't let me it works fine when I'm in a party with my friends what do I do I keeps saying 1 player in queue when  I solos queue
