I have had this issue for so long and have been unable to play apex on my account due to this issue. I am able to load up apex no problem but its when i try to matchmake it wont let me and it stays in 1 players in queue i have no sanctions on my account and i cant even load into firing range if any one has any fixes to this problem it would be great ive tried everything changing wifi and dns settings as well as uninstalling nothing seems to work
freshbakerTV mine got fixed after me complaining for months and it turned out there was some unauthorised access on my account this is what they said "I understand how concerning this must be. We have reviewed your case and can confirm that unauthorized access occurred. We’ve secured your account and recommend changing your password immediately and enabling two-factor authentication…" and then i went on the day later and it worked also you should check if you have any penalty history that can also be the cause but id recomend contacting them again chose the compromised account option and you can get through to an online chat and specifically ask them "has there been any unauthorised access on my account i so can you clear it" and i hope this helps because this isssue has been a pain
my account has been stuck just like this since 2025 in may season 25, good luck. its been 10 months of me complaining to them and mine isn't fixed yet. this is some sort of EA server side glitch or bug
