100% CPU since season 3

I have a i5 4460 and a RX 570 4GB and from the release of windows october update, season 3 and new amd driver i'm going crazy for these crash/cpu 100%/ bsod.. i've 280+ hours of play with apex and also in the last 2 weeks i've played batman arkham knight at extreme settings without any problems.. from the relese of these updates i've done a new install of windows 10, i've cheked HDD integrity, RAM integrity, CPU stress test, i've done a game files check.. also yesterday and today of downgraded the gpu drivers with a clean through DDU.. nothing helps.. also i've updated cpu drivers, usb drivers, audio drivers ecc.. but the games still crashes and freezes my pc after 5 min of play.. also i've tryed to play in window mode or with low settings (i've always played at high with default settings)..
@Jaggho_YT I've done again a clean unistall in safe mode of gpu driver with DDU and i've installed the 19.9.2. After that, i've started apex and i've noticed that also in the lobby the cpu goes up to 80% so immediatly i've quitted the game and after 10 seconds i've got a BSOD... that things is crazy..
@Jaggho_YTi've also done now an sfc/scannow with zero problems
