1000+ hours of progress completely wiped
I have over 1000 hours in this game, been playing since launch. I logged in yesterday for the first time in months to find that my progress is all gone. Lvl 1, no cosmetics, no stats, nothing. I want to start playing this game again. Please, somebody look into this.

Sorry for the concern here. It looks like your account was affected by an issue that impacted a number of accounts back in April.
